Beyond incredible. We’re the type of people who usually don’t sit around our accommodation very much — we’re always running around and going on adventures. And while we still did a bit of that, Peppertree Lane was so perfect and cozy that we found ourselves staying in way more than usual! The bed, the room, the fireplace, the bathroom, the shower, the shared area stocked with goodies and supplies, the mini fridge in the room…I just can’t fully describe how perfect. Plus, the bottle of wine they gifted us upon arrival was super delicious. Our favorite part? Going for a run in the vineyards and orchards each morning — just right out the door! And always with a stunning view of the hot air balloons. And a few gorgeous coyotes, too. Highly recommend Peppertree Lane Ranch! We brought our little dachshund, too, and she felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was beautifully decorated. The villa was super clean. The premises were beautiful! Also the hosts were really accommodating to our needs. Great location, easy access. Thank you for the wine bottle. This place made our anniversary trip unforgettable.

WOW! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time visiting wine country and our airbnb made it an even better experience! Pictures do not do the spotless, adorable/ elegant, spacious, ultra comfortable bed and stone bathroom justice. From the safety keypads at the gate, Lobby and room to the complimentary wine and snacks = 😍 - 6 to 7 minutes away in uber/ Lyft from the best wineries - 15 to 18 minutes away to Old Town Temecula (lots of bars and restaurants) Property has 4 villas and 1 little connecting lobby . Can fit easily up to 3 people per room (huge king bed and sofa) and also pet friendly. Woke up to see hot air balloons outside and there is a little communal area for fire place and games. It is very private and secluded but still close to everything necessary. Hosts were great .

I chose this place because it appeared cozy and right in the middle of wine country for my girlfriend’s first trip to wine taste. It was everything you see in the pics and more. All the amenities and setting were absolutely first class. I would highly recommend this place and plan to reserve all four rooms in the future with three other couples to enjoy a weekend in wine country. The hosts were fast to respond to any questions and went above and beyond welcoming us with a bottle of wine and glasses to remember our time there. Best Airbnb I have ever been to. My only complaint was that I didn’t book a longer stay.
