Cedar Pond Farmhouse has 42.5 acres Perfectly located just two miles from historic Downtown Dickson, Main Street shopping & dining. This modern farmhouse is the ideal home base for all your Tennessee adventures! Entering the property is easy, with zero steps. Full Kitchen with cooking basics as well as a laundry room. Cedar Pond Farmhouse offers one lovely large suite with a farm-style King Size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with another farm-style King size bed and ensuite full bath. Both are equipped with room darkening shades. The "Nook " Bedroom has a farm-style Queen Bed located just next to the Dining area. If you have 7/8 guests we will be glad to set up an additional mattress in an open area. Outside on the ground level is a lovely patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere in the country. We encourage walking trails, a pond for fishing and an area to hit golf ball or play outdoor games. Cedar Pond Farmhouse is perfectly located just 22 miles from west Nashville. With such a convenient location, you can enjoy all that Nashville has to offer and still be back in the country in just over 30 minutes. Important Notes: - This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - This property is the basement of a private home, so it does have shared ceiling/floors with the owners upstairs. WE RARELY HEAR THE GUESTS DOWNSTAIRS BC OF FLOOR INSULATION AND IT WOULD NOT BOTHER US AT ALL IF THERE WAS ANY NOISE. HOWEVER,THE NOISE FROM UPSTAIRS CAN TRAVEL EASIER DOWN THE STAIRWELL BECAUSE THEY ARE WOODEN. WE TRY HARD TO BE THOUGHTFUL OF OUR GUESTS AND DON'T WEAR SHOES IN THE HOUSE ON THE HARDWOOD FLOORS. SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS ARE FAMILY TIMES FOR US SO I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST IF WE HAVE PLANS ON THOSE DAYS.

This was perhaps the best and my favorite BnB I’ve ever stayed at between my U.S. and UK travels. Amazing, private, park-like property with fishing pond, walking trails, and more along with easy access to town less than two miles away. The accommodations were very spacious, clean, and well-arranged and organized with great decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kimberly was very helpful and friendly as a host and her communication was excellent. I highly recommend Cedar Pond Farmhouse!
This place was lovely, worth every penny and more. Delicious breakfast in the morning, beautiful pond filled with wildlife just steps away, plenty of space to spread out and relax, and lots of complimentary surprises. We would absolutely stay again!
We highly recommend Kimberly’s beautiful place!! It is the most serene, peaceful location, with beautiful surroundings any direction you look. The beds were amazing, and we had the best nights sleep we’ve had in weeks. We woke up to Kimberly’s delicious breakfast, along with the pleasure of meeting Kimberly and visiting with her. We were only there for one night, but would love to come back and spend more time.
Well equipped, kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was well stocked
We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home and loved the area. Enjoyed her homemade ice cream and goodies.

Cedar Pond Farmhouse is only 2 miles from Historic Downtown Dickson. There is plenty of boutiques, coffee shops, antique shops, restaurants, and even a brewery. Henslee Park is about five miles that has a new large SPLASH pad and dog park. Located within only five miles we have two of the largest and most beautiful golf courses in Tennessee. Greystone and Montgomery Bell State park are both superior courses to play. Buckner Park and Montgomery Bell State park both offer many outdoor activities: swimming, hiking, ball parks, dog parks, playgrounds, trail walking or biking, boating and kayaking. The most famous Music City, Nashville (only 30 miles) is east and Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch is located west both are only just 40 minutes away.
