The accommodation also includes a laundry area with a washing machine. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant climate at all times, both in winter and summer. The accommodation has a separate entrance from the condominium, with its own autonomous gate and a private parking space in front of the front door. The entire space is dedicated exclusively to you, offering maximum privacy and freedom during your stay. Next to the house, you will find a well-equipped gym, accessible during opening hours for an additional fee. Alloggio dotato di ogni confort, pulito, e molto vicino al centro storico. Host disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare Santo Stefano e i comuni limitrofi. Se dovessi ritornare in zona lo contatterò sicuramente.

L’appartamento è di ampia metratura e ha un bel cortile esterno dove mangiare e rilassarsi (oltre che prendere il sole nelle belle giornate). Ottimo sia per per una villeggiatura nella bella spiaggia vicina (con tanto di suggestiva installazione artistica) sia come base per visitare i dintorni e il meraviglioso entroterra, ricco di aree naturali, monumenti e castelli. A pochi minuti a piedi c’è un piccolo ma ben fornito supermercato dove prendere tutto l’occorrente. Scendendo più giù in paese c’è poi varia offerta di ristoranti, bar, gelaterie e servizi vari (banche, artigiani, ecc.). L’host ci ha accolto di persona e si è dimostrato sempre cortese e rapido nelle risposte. Il soggiorno qui è vivamente consigliato.

You will find yourself in the upper part of the village of Santo Stefano, a charming coastal town famous for its ceramics. Just two minutes from the apartment, you will be in the heart of the historic center, where you will find numerous bars, rotisseries, restaurants, and ceramic shops, all while staying in a quiet and peaceful area.
The gym is located next to the apartment, while supermarkets are only 500 meters away from the house. Nearby, you will find numerous beaches, some equipped and others completely wild.
We are located within the Nebrodi Park, where just a few kilometers away, you can find several hiking trails, and a little further, you will find the "Fiumara d'Arte," the largest open-air art park in Europe.
Just a 20-minute drive away is the beautiful village of Cefalù and the city of Sant'Agata di Militello, from where you can depart to visit the Aeolian Islands.
