A really good size so when you’re not out and about exploring, you won’t all be crammed on top of each other. Set in a very quiet residential street, only 50m from the beachfront, the house is perfectly placed for all that Newbiggin’s quaint & picturesque setting has to offer- promenade, beach, lovely walks, cafes, shops, museum & play parks. Plus a golf course & great running & dog walking routes. Only 20 minutes to the quaint fishing harbour village of Amble, with quaint Warkworth and beautiful Alnwick and their gardens and castles only a short drive away. Drive the stunning coastal route & discover empty beaches, beautiful countryside & quaint towns and villages. Plenty of National Trust & English Heritage sites a short drive. Further afield, why not visit Alnmouth, Seahouses, Bamburgh or Beadnell. Plus we’re only 15/20 minutes from the bright lights of Newcastle & Gateshead. Super spacious lounge diner with lots of comfy seating and a big dining table for enjoying holiday breakfasts a plenty! A well stocked galley kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and breakfast bar, with a door to the sunny fully enclosed rear yard with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee! Upstairs are 3 bright and welcoming bedrooms & a good sized bathroom with electric shower and bath, & plenty of fluffy towels so you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day sightseeing or a brisk walk on the beach. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the rear bedroom has a double and stunning sea view, and the third bedroom has lovely wooden bunk beds, probably best suited to children! The children’s room has a great choice of toys and books (covid rotated) to keep the littlest holiday makers occupied even if the weather isn’t great, & there are plenty of board games for older family members, along with 4 smart TVs & WiFi so you can stay connected! One small well behaved dog (no puppies) is welcome to join the family on holiday & make the most of the amazing beach on the doorstep! The house is situated on the end of the terrace, literally 50m from the beautiful flat (usually empty!) sandy beach and stunning promenade. Children are well catered for with a high chair, potty, toilet seat, bathroom step, changing mat & plastic crockery & cutlery all available, as well as a great range of toys and games for children of all ages. The rear yard is small but securely enclosed with lock, so safe for children and dogs.
