Joanna and Ryan’s cottage was perfect for our impromptu girls weekend! It was cozy and adorable! The fire pit was perfect for our chilly spring night and they even provided fire wood. The location provides a quiet and charming atmosphere with just a short drive to all the beach action. They were super responsive and very accommodating! Highly recommended!

This is a darling property! We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Everything is so well-appointed, super clean and welcoming, comfortable bed (we got a great nights sleep!), and a beautiful garden. The Welcome basket was such a wonderful touch!! Everything that we could need was there…all details thought out in advance to make this a five star stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and loved the cottage look and feel. It was kept very clean, included all the necessities, and was clearly well thought out with great smelling scents, soaps, and style. (We would have loved to see the garden in full bloom at a later point in the year!) The hosts were incredibly friendly, communicative, and willing to help ensure the stay went well, and we truly appreciate how welcoming they were of a pet guest. While there are minor maintenance issues that come with older houses, we would absolutely recommend this cottage for your future stay.

We enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay at Joanna and Ryan’s quaint property. We were traveling for the Rehoboth Beach Marathon and found this to be the perfect spot to access the town! Plenty of parking and friendly hosts. Would recommend to other travelers!

Joanna and Ryan's place is a private, cozy refuge in a centrally located area. It is a great jumping off point for the beach, shops, and restaurants. 6 adults comfortably fit in the home. Communication with the hosts was great, and we felt right at home.
