Our family just spent our second Christmas at Katie's place. We were welcomed by a Christmas tree, lights and Christmas treats! Of course the house was set up beautifully and had everything we needed, but what makes Katie's place extra special is that she understands how important access to a clean and comfortable rental home can be to a family. We appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness and hope to return many more times!

Friendly host. Place was great. Very convenient. The house was supplied with all necessities and the kids toys and games made the stay great for the kids as well. I definetly suggest this place for other families!

The cottage was so cozy and inviting. It had amazing views of the lake from the backyard. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! Katie was incredibly responsive and was so kind! Check in was so easy and Katie was flexible to let us in early so we could put the kiddos down for a nap! The house is adorable and the beds are so comfy! Every closet has plenty of hangers and lots of space in drawers. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard and loved how safe we felt to have the kiddos run around. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you need for cooking- which we took full advantage of. We also loved Rainbow pizza and Franks pizza. BBQ at The Break Wall was fantastic. We had coffee every morning from All Things Coffee House in Kingsville (which is about 10mins away from the house). The gas station just up the street has beer and liquor, so no need to drive far. We parked three cars in the drive with no difficulty. The checkout process was my favorite, as Katie only asked that we take out the trash and lock the doors! It was a fantastic stay and we will be back!
