I've been lucky enough to stay at both of Martin's properties which are next to one another, though each very private. This one is the bigger and most exquisite, with extensive art, a spa+ sauna, gym, and a pool table. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The property has staff who can help with any on-site questions and Martin is full of recommendations on how to have an unforgettable time. My kids are already asking when we can return!

Un havre de paix ! Les photos ne démontrent pas à quel point la maison est décorée avec goût. Adaptée pour les familles, pleins de jeux et lits enfants. Mes enfants étaient ravis. Super accueil de la part de Sandy et très bonne gestion tout au long de la réservation et même par la suite. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour tout

We have travelled extensively in the South of France and Villa Maxima was perfection! Prior to arrival, Martin and Sandy were super responsive and assisted us in organizing chef, butler service, massage therapist, cars and drivers and housekeeping. The Villa Maxima manager Mike and gardener were also so helpful and helped us figure out the music system and air conditioning very quickly. Villa Maxima is a very special property, with magnificent views and everything furnished to the highest standards. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend Martin's beautiful home!

Our stay at the villa was perfect. Everything was beautifully prepared for our visit with many of the facilities of a 5* hotel and the comforts of a spacious and special home. The villa is decorated with flair and taste, and everything is of exceptional quality. Standout features for me are the panoramic view of the Cote D'Azur, the feeling of seclusion and the exceptional spa and pool facilities. Sandy managed our stay from booking to check-out and everything was handled very efficiently - from transfers, arranging for a chef and recommendations for local amenities. We caused a small issue with the electrics and an electrician was at the door five minutes later to fix the problem. The gardens are beautifully maintained and give a good feeling of space in which to relax. The facilities at the villa make it easy to enjoy time here whatever the time of year. For me there is nothing to criticise and I have no suggestions for improvements. A lot of thought has gone into making this a truly memorable place to stay with so many thoughtful little touches to help make your stay special. I have been lucky enough to stay in some amazing places and this was amongst the very best.

It is hard to describe villa Maxima in a few words as it had way more to offer than we could've imagined. In fact this was the most luxurious experience we have ever had on Airbnb! Martin and his partner have created an abundant and sublime private estate where all the premium services of a 5* hotel meet the intimacy of a home and its owner's special and unique touches like the art all throughout the property or access to a world-class wine cellar or even a photo studio. The property is close to the cute town of Tourettes with its old cobbled stones streets and cute boutiques, a few min to great walking/ hiking trails and a 20min drive to the sea but to be honest it is hard to leave the domaine when all is there. One of our highlights were the full spa that made me want to come back off season just to spend all day there and relax. We also got to try the chef one night and wish we could've stayed longer to experience more of his excellent cuisine... Villa Maxima felt like a splurge at booking and turned out to be more than a treat to all of us. Martin we can't wait to be back soon and also try villa Laurelis :)
