Luxueus appartement, fijn bed, airco, grote tv, prima parkeerplaatsen (ook met laders, maar niet reserveerbaar). Brandschoon. Geen fantastische locatie, maar ook niet slecht.

Julia’s place was excellent! It was easy to find. Directly on bus and tram line. Just a few minutes on tram #4 to old town Graz. We also had a rental car and parking on premises. The self check in was easy to use. The apartment was exactly as it looked online. It had everything we could need. Everything was new and clean. There were several families staying on property but would never know there were there. Very private. The laundry room was new and clean and even had detergent available. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Graz. Excellent experience at a good price. One of the best Airbnb I have had so far

The place was excellent! I used it for a month-long business trip to Graz and it exceeded my expectations. I was looking for something near TU and this was 15min walking distance. The place itself was spotless, hotel-like but still cozy and homey. Everything was there, from the bathroom (and all the accessories you need), the kitchen (and all the accessories you need), the toilet, laundry and dishwasher, 2 TVs, a huge terrace, automatic shutters, great deb, iPad, board-games etc. etc., and everything was as new. The apartment building itself was superb, with free garage space (with an e-charger), an elevator, key locks on the building, and apartment doors. The bus station is on the corner. The tram station for the city center (2km walking distance) is 200m away. Julia, the host was also highly professional and kind. To sum up, 12/10.
