Everything was stocked well and the house is nicely sized for 9 guest. Given most renters stay over the weekend this meets all requirements. Overall the house was clean and updated. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating. H.E.B is located down the street, which is very convenient. The ferry was also just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. My family enjoyed the stay!!!

This is the third year we have stayed here. It seems to be getting run down and isnt as clean as other times. Had a broken rocking chair out front and the other was at the neighbors house. A small grill was tipped over with the charcoal all over the area. Weeds were really high. The toilets had not been cleaned and there was hair in the shower. Will be looking for another place next time.

This was a great budget friendly stay for our group of 8. 5 stars for the price compared to other local options! There was plenty of space & beds for everyone. Based on previous reviews and the listing, the house was exactly as we expected. There were a few things that could have made the experience better, but nothing major. 2 out of 3 queen beds were very uncomfortable for the adults, and the shower door could use some help. Also, the yard was very overgrown with stickers all over near the front door. With that being said, those are all minor things and would not keep us from returning in the future.

The stay was satisfactory but there were a few issues. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is actually a washroom that had a bed placed in it. The couches were very worn and uncomfortable. Lots of dust on the ceilings, walls and kitchen cabinets. The AC ducts and ceiling fans had heavy black dust all around them. Did not find any extra trash bags for the kitchen can. It did have a coffee pot and coffee. Did not have any bath soap and very little laundry detergent to wash towels. Even though these items are not required most places we stay in will have plenty of these items stocked in the home. We did not communicate during the stay with the host since these issues would not be able to be corrected. We checked out a few minutes late since we did not realize it was 10:00 am checkout. Other places we have stayed checkout is 11:00. Early checkout is listed on site, we just missed it. Good part - lots of hot water and great water pressure for showers.

Honestly this was the perfect place for us! It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Andrea was super helpful in any conflicts that we had. 10/5 stars if possible!
