Casa is NON smoking-yeah! and #324 best suited for twosome. Door code worked great. Loved especially seaside salt water pool and lots of shade spots under recliners on sandy area. SPEEDY response from K & A on Cuisinart coffee machine (found manual day 5) and how to reboot when WiFi went down. Condo nice and close to elevator; no noise bothered us. Fan in BR OK for we Canadians and rarely used A/C in rest of suite. Enjoyed shower head. Kitchen abundantly stocked (plastic and glass) and only bought a silicone spatula at thrift store. Never used oven or D/W. Super clean fridge, ice trays and 3 freezer packs for cooler! Delighted to find coffee, paper towels, plastic wrap, S/P, sweetener, soy. Beach items not utilized but everything "under the sun", including water shoes in BR closet. Free hourly Trolley right outside door: goes from Kona Brewing near Target and Umeke's Seafood to Keauhole S.C with Long's, Cinema and Kenichi's Sushi. Mini liquor/store out front: dark at 6. MAHALO!

Pleasure to stay the condo. The location was central and close to the downtown area. The view of the ocean from the balcony was extremely nice as well! We enjoyed having breakfast in the warm weather with the gorgeous view. Parking spaces within the gates filled up quickly, but there were plenty of spaces in the lot right next door. The building was overall very quiet and we never had a problem with noise. The host was very responsive over text and when a smoke alarm battery went out, it was immediately replaced the following day. One personal preference callout I have is if you like having nest go pillows while you sleep, I would request extras provided beforehand if possible. We were only 2 supplied for the bed and my husband likes to sleep with 5 on his own.

Very homey and cozy and clean stay in Kona. The people were great, very friendly. It was quiet but close enough to shops and coffee farms. We loved the balcony and salt water pool!

Overall a pretty good experience, host (property manager) was very responsive. the only thing I would say is that this place shouldn't be advertised as a 4 person Airbnb, there's barely room for 3 to stay comfortably for a week long stay with bags and stuff. Great condo complex with solid amenities.
