The Ammos Vacation team are excellent. Always responsive and helpful even in unexpected circumstances. I really appreciated them. The resort team are also great (pool/beach, security, bar, reception). The actual building has a few issues, specifically wait times for the elevators if you have to depend on them. The good news is this unit is on the 15th floor which is close to the pool/gym, spa, bar on the 9th floor. We took the stairs all the time and were happy we had the option. The unit is also very spacious with expansive balcony and clean modern decor. In particular, the beds (king in primary and 2 queens in 2nd bdrm) were super comfortable which is a necessity. Views are amazing of ocean and pool gets sun all day. I’d like to thank D. Allen (pool) and Caitlin (security who fixed our key pad to access the room). Both were wonderfully accommodating, positive and genuinely helpful. Set your expectations appropriately and you will really enjoy this place.

Overall great place to stay with my family during Christmas break, etc 23-jan2z Location was great. Staff was friendly. Beach was great, yes we only had two chairs and umbrella but they did not run out and we had 3 small chairs that were provided by the condo. The chairs are not Infront of the hotel but it’s right next door which is not a big deal at all. Valet Parking was 30$ but worth every penny, I went out several times a day and had no worries about finding parking spots etc, it was easy and convenient. The famous elevators are in fact problematic, is it a deal breaker ? - no however it is a design flaw with this building where not enough elevators were build for the size of the building. I would say this problem is more apparent during peak season days. The condo unit needs a little paint job as west and tear is starting to show, however it was clean. Thanks to the Ammos group for a great week.
