The place was dirty and furnishings worn and dirty dishes were left in the dish washer. The place was so terrible we left and requested a refund. Red Awning said no refund. Luckily the front desk attendant was able to move us to a different place to stay. The alternate unit was clean but did not have the amenities (kitchenette and fireplace) that we were expecting. Would not recommend a unit hosted by RedAwning.

Small but very functional studio at Northstar. The place was perfect for my husband and our 1 child. Very clean and had everything we needed. Since it can accommodate more than 2 it would have been nice to have an extra chair at the table. All the restaurants in the property were closed so we needed to eat in the room more.

The location was ideal and the photos shown are accurate. Check in was smooth for the most part -- we had an issue with our door code but it was addressed immediately. The studio was clean, efficiently laid out, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean unit! Excellent location, with extremely easy access to the gondola. Will stay again!
