We had a terrific 3-day stay. The day we arrived was extremely hot, so the cool water of Hanson Bay was very refreshing. We hiked the KIWT from Hanson Bay toward Kelly Hill, explored Flinders Chase and enjoyed a tour at Hanson Bay wildlife sanctuary. The views of the bay from the front deck are great, but talking a walk along the cliffs behind the cabins is equally spectacular. Tom, who takes care of the cabins, went to the trouble of stopping by to let us know about a short power outage on one of the days we were there shortly after he was informed about it by the power utility
