I stayed here for three nights with my dad and dog to explore the area and we LOVED staying at the pines. We stayed in the yurt which had amazing star gazing from the skylight, and temperature was easy to control with a very cozy bed. Every little detail in the campsite had so much detail, thought, love, and attention put behind it. Robert is extremely friendly and responsive, this is a gem of Columbia falls and I would stay here in a heartbeat if I ever return to the area!

Staying in a yurt was a great experience. We just had to try it. It was very quiet. Be aware that the sun will wake you up in the morning when coming through the dome in the ceiling of the yurt! I also liked the outdoor facilities with a campfire ring, hammock and picnic table. A longer stay would have been great to relax and enjoy the facilities more but we were there for only one evening. The shower/bathrooms were just next door & were clean, quick to get to and well-maintained. The book of what to do and things nearby that was on the table in the yurt was really helpful for making dinner and breakfast choices in the area and accurate info. We would stay here again.

I had a funeral to attend at 3 and Robert was super accommodating and let me check in early without additional fees which I was expecting.
