La nostra esperienza é stata davvero fantastica. Abbiamo già soggiornato a le Marais e devo confermare che, almeno per me, é la miglior scelta per soggiornare a Parigi. L' appartamento é davvero in una posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro 1, e a pochi metri dal museo Pompidou (che si vede da casa) in una zona con più soluzioni di supermercati e ristoranti. L'appartamento é davvero comodo, anche per 4 persone. É molto bello e ben fornito di stoviglie e servizi. Merita davvero e Julien é davvero un host molto preciso e reattivo, quindi se dovessi consigliare una soluzione per stare a Parigi non avrei dubbi: l'appartamento di Julinen! Andate sul sicuro e non ve ne pentirete. Avevamo scelto un altro appartamento ma ad un giorno dall'arrivo l'host non ha più risposto... Una brutta esperienza. Ma Prenotando da Julien in meno di 24 ore abbiamo riorganizzato la nostra vacanza grazie alla sua disponibilità e organizzazione. Grazie

Phenomenal location in trendy vibrant neighborhood. On a small street dominated by pedestrians and limited vehicular traffic. Plenty of restaurants, boutiques and food shops right at your doorstep. Apartment itself is small but cozy, with great windows giving out onto the street. Street can be a bit noisy, but overall it didn’t bother us much with the windows closed. King size bed was a determinant factor for us since we are a couple with a young child who sleeps in bed with us. Upkeep was not exactly highest level of cleanliness. Not terrible, and after all I’m a bit of a neat freak, but it’s not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. I would echo one of the other reviewers in saying the place could use a deep cleaning. Beware that the wash machine is a washer and dryer unit combined, takes 3.5 hours for a clean and dry cycle on quick mode, and that doesn’t leave the load dry so hadto run it again on another dry cycle so total of about 5-6 hours to do a small load of laundry.

Great spot in an ideal location! We loved being there and had an amazing trip! So much to see and do and within walking distance. The fruit market is 2minutes from the flat and had the best fruit ever!! We hope to be back!
