Graham was a wonderful host. It is a great place to stay. Definitely worth for money. Very spacious place.

You know this place could be absolutely stunning if it had a few thousand spending on it. The size is great and has so many rooms. Its lovely and warm and cosy. On arrival its a pain to get a space, its a pain trying to get your luggage and shopping in as you have to walk round onto the road, put in a code, walk all through a gated area which is cluttered, messy, dirty and walk all through that up metal stairs. Personally its a faff. When entering the noise outside is loud but expected for the location. In every cupboard there is rubbish. Clutter and stained items. Lots of miss matching furniture or furniture thats not useable so looks extremely cluttered. The bathrooms need TLC, tiles coming off, mould on ceilings. Wallpaper peeling off and shelves hanging off. Kitchen is very dated with lots of equipment very old and things left on shelves that have expired in date and is just dirty. All ceilings are cracked and looked like they were about to fall in at anytime.
