Great spot to get away for the weekend. Hot tub is super relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the clean and cozy mountain farm house! Me, my 4 and 5 year old boys, and my parents stayed in the house for 2 nights, 3 days. We enjoyed listening to nature and the animals surrounding us, the hot tub, using the gas fire table on the back deck, the playground next door and the paved paths around the beautiful property. The paths were too hilly to bike ride for very young kids so we put them on the seats of our adult bikes and went around. We drove 30 minutes to Shanandoah national park one day and did hiking; Connie recommended places to hike. Also Connie and Paul were gracious and helpful. The office of the estate with the playground are next door to the house (with enough land in between the two to keep the house private) so we enjoyed going over there for info and cold brew coffee and the kids got a few pieces of candy which they enjoyed. We would recommend / stay again!

Enjoyed being at the barn surrounded by all the animals! Incredibly peaceful last minute getaway for my husband, sons and our dog.

The house was great! We brought our dog, and they were very accommodating. We loved the view of the mountains and the farm animals while sitting in the hot tub! The place was very close to nearby wineries and hiking. The place was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were friendly and communicative.
