Everything was spot on, great place if you want to stay in downtown

Do NOT stay here. It is unsafe. The room reeked of cigarette smell when we arrived to the point where we were having coughing fits and started feeling nauseous. The toilet was filled with urine and not flushed. The check-in instruction were not provided in advance. When I arrived, the host asked for a personal phone number to text the check in instruction instead of communicating using the aribnb platform. There are so many other things that went wrong that I can't even get into. It was so bad that we left immediately and booked a different hotel to stay at. We would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for women. It is absolutely not safe to stay here.

this place was great. amazing sandwich shop right outside and within walking distance of the arena. very private minimalist room that was very modern and comfortable.
