Absolutely the best family vacation. Richard took the best care of us. Property better than we thought it would be. Highly recommend.
James’ place is beautiful and one-of-a-kind. Location was great and you could spend your whole trip in the house between the pool, canal and listed amenities. We had a mixed group for a work trip and the multiple private suites, large kitchen and dining area were perfect. Both kids and adults loved their stay!
I was so appreciative of everyone we encountered- Richard -Scott -Jim-they are a great team and made our stay memorable. We will be back for sure-class act team and beautiful villa!

Wonderful place. Richard responded in five minutes for anything we needed. So much to do at the house. Everything you want for entertainment, water toys, caught fish off the dock, manatee’s, rode the bikes to the beach, amazing pool area, games, books. Can’t wait to go back.
