Starting with the stay, I liked the place in general: nice house to rest, well situated, house conditions and appliances overall okeish. To improve: bathroom: there is no feature to keep the shower tap fixed to the wall so I needed to use always one hand for showering. Wifi very unstable the entire week. Sometimes working pretty well, others don’t. I was very dissappointed. Also dissapointing the fact of promoting the house using beatiful pictures of the pool in the website but crude reality is that pool is not climatized so almost impossible to use it. House offers a grill for BBQ. There was no such an element. Departure process: extremely dissapointing. According to the inspection person, it was expected to receive the house completely clean for the next guest. After a week of use, it is very normal any house gets dirty in understandable conditions. We swaped the living and dinning room area, kitchen completely clean, all rubish removed, I mean, a simple but relevant tiding up. Host person said it was required to clean the bathrooms and shower, vaccum the area in general, mopping, etc. Of course! this is required. It’s normal. We stayed for a week! The host indicated that guests are responsible to do so, therefore I got very concerned because this means that when I received the house, it was only cleaned up by previous guests and not through a professional cleaning so who knows how well and desinfected the house really was. I paid 1300€ For almost a week; I left the house extremely well tided up (which is what any decent person should do) and I am required to clean it up as well? Completely unnaceptable. Host must be more clear when announcing the house by explaining specifically what the cleaning expectations from the guest are and either include climatization for the pool or remove the advertising pictures when pool cannot be used.
