I was very excited to stay at the listing since it had great reviews and was in such a great location. However, it was not our experience. Checking in was smooth with the help of the reception desk who was very nice. However, issues came when we arrived at the apartment. It very clearly needs maintenance, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower, there was no hot water on the second day of our stay, and the shower head came apart when we turned on the faucet to shower. I contacted the host via airbnb in a friendly manner, then had to call them again the next day to which they said they would send someone, but nothing changed. I'm still waiting for their response to the images and videos sent.

The reception was friendly and an easy check in. It was fairly easy to find, although there wasn't really a place to pull into to check in and secure the parking. It had parking available, for an extra fee.

Todo estaba impoluto, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para darnos las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento. Si volviera a Bilbao, me quedaría de nuevo.
