This is the most unique and beautiful places we have stayed. The village is incredible to experience and everyone we met was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend hiking down to Castelo Lousã if you are okay with a steep return! The cats were very friendly, too!

es war eine magische Erlebnis von Anfang an. wir kamen aus dem staunen nicht heraus. Andrea ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin in jeder Hinsicht. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. das Haus ti tote ist eine der besten, super Aussicht, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ruhig. die Läden und Restaurants sind sehr nostalgisch. dieser Zeit möchte ich am liebsten zurück drehen und noch mal erleben. DANKE Andrea das du dass mit uns teilst.

We loved our stay in Talasnal - mostly we went walking in the beautiful area. Paths very well signposted and easy to navigate, we walked from the house. The schist villages are very interesting. Andrea's house is lovely, and just as described.

Ti Totés house was more beautiful and perfect than the pictures show! We had an incredible few days of hiking around the mountains and lounging. Andrea has created a wonderful and thoughtfully designed home. It was so comfortable, clean, and serene. We did not want to leave and hope to come back! Andrea was friendly, gracious, and quick to respond to any of our messages. One last big thanks to Andrea for sharing such a special place with us, her house was the highlight of our whole trip to Portugal.

Our stay at Casa de Ti Tote in Talasnal was hands down our favorite part of our trip to Portugal. This place is absolutely magical and romantic for anyone who loves to relax and hike in the mountains. We stayed 3 nights in December.The house/bed is very comfortable, we loved relaxing by the fireplace. The kitchen is great for making small meals/breakfast. When we were there, there was only 1 restaurant and gift shop open, no market, so plan ahead. We loved the restaurant, it had plenty of food options including breakfast. During the day we hiked to castle Lousa & a neighboring village. The outdoor deck area by the pool has the most amazing view, in the mornings you were above the clouds! At night, we sat outside with a bottle of wine, made a fire in the fire pit, and stargazed. Tip: The drive up is very windy and narrow, I'd recommend going up during daylight. Andrea is a perfect communicative host, thank you for making our stay perfect!
