This was my first time using airbnb and im so glad i stumbled upon Michael's apartment as my family and I had a great time! He was extremely helpful and helped make our stay fun by being such a great host. If im ever in CA again, I'll make sure to stop by and say hi! Thank you Michael!

Michael was very flexible with check in as we came extremely late however I think a more automated check in process would have helped eliminate that concern altogether. The space was adequate to what we needed and does indeed look how it does in the photos it also has a beautiful view of the port from the balcony however it has some problems. Firstly it was not very clean there was hair and dust pretty much all over the floors and some of the furniture. Not sure if it’s human hair or pet hair but there was a lot. The doorknobs, although really nice to look at since they are antique, don’t function very well. The day after we arrived I tried to get a hold of our host for a few hours as we were locked out and he had forgotten to tell me the door code when we checked in, I ended up having to knock on other guests doors until I was able to find him. Requested a vacuum so I could try to clean and wasn’t able to get it for several days, overall I’d say I won’t be coming back.

We could not be happier with our stay at this private, comfortable, and lovely hideaway! It is clean, homey, and beautiful. Sitting on the balcony to enjoy a harbor view and lush surroundings is peaceful and relaxing. Amenities are provided to for an easy living. Parking is near the entrance and convenient. Our host Michael is wonderful and most helpful! We are fortunate to have found this place and get to know Michael. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. Than you, Michael, for being such a gracious host. Cannot wait to return to this comfortable place again!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pedro with Michael. The place is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable to live in. You have a lot of privacy in a fairly quiet part of town. Michael is a very responsive host and got us everything we needed right away! He cares a lot about his property so be sure to take good care of it.
