Our family is from Meadows of Dan. This home was the perfect place to be with my family to visit home. The parkway is special to us and this location was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone loved the home and space it provided.

Michael's place is beautiful and the location is fantastic. It is just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and a very short drive to the shops in Meadows of Dan. This property is secluded and surrounded by nature. Michael has provided everything needed to enjoy this beautiful property thoroughly. Michael seemed to think of everything, from lanterns to firepit tools, to every kitchen item you could possibly need to create a feast with the fresh local food. The meditation studio is a lovely spot to sit and collect your thoughts, listen to beautiful music, or enjoy a yoga session. The dogs enjoyed playing in the grass and napping in the sun. I look forward to a return trip to this special property.

This property stood out immediately when searching for a serene location for vacation. The design and comfort of the cabin, the beautiful landscape, ponds, meditation studio and babbling brook all combined to make this a truly magnificent getaway. In addition, Michael is a very personable host who reached out to offer personal touches and local recommendations before arrival, and during the visit. We plan to return and highly recommend this for those seeking a calm intervention with nature.

Absolutely beautiful space. Peaceful and quiet. Cabin was awesome and had everything you need. The whole property is wonderful. My wife and I love it and will definitely stay there again. Michael the host was great as well and super responsive to my questions.
