My favorite part was the no hidden cleaning fees...I considered several other units whose prices skyrocketed when I went to book for that reason. I also love the regular coffee machine instead of those wasteful kcups. I did not realize this was a basement unit...I do see it's mentioned in several reviews but not the listing itself. That said it's a fantastic location - a few blocks back from the loud, crowded part of the neighborhood but still very walkable to food and cta. Perfect for a no frills solo traveler on a budget.

Had a pleasant stay at Tommy and Sarah‘s place. Just what I needed during my stay in Chicago. Is very peaceful and I didn’t feel too far from the Action in downtown Chicago.

A great and easy place to stay on the north side of Chicago. Close to so much great stuff, but also off the busy street. If you plan to be out and about most of the time, it's a perfect little place to land!

Our second time staying here- we loved it! The space was clean and in a perfect location. Tommy and Sarah were very responsive and had great local recommendations.
