Visiting dogs can run around in the enclosed backyard! The open kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and there's even a prep island and a dishwasher to help with your cooking process. There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses! <b>Things to Know</b> Firewood is not provided. 10 yard chairs are available for guest use in the backyard or around the firepit. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Two kayaks, one beach wagon, and four adult bikes are provided for guest use. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information.
