This is simply an amazing place, no doubt about it. The flat is big and perfect for five people as we were. There are even toys for kids and other amenities you might need at the beach which is really just downstairs. The flat is under good care, very clean and provides you with a million dollar view over the whole bay and even further. Check-in went smoothly as there are people round the clock taking care for the apartments. There are beach bars around but you will probably only hear the waves of the sea. Highly recommended and a place to come back!

It is a great location, a big apartment with everything you might need, but there is no cleaning or upkeep for an entire week. Moreover, the owner is not very responsive, he is located in another country and does not really show interest in your stay or your issues.

Incredibly beautiful location, one of the most beautiful spots I've ever stayed. It is a nature paradise! Everything you need in your doorstep - lidls 5 min.away, Sozopol 5 min. away, Burgas 20 min. away, so as an airport. Artem is the perfect host, replying for my enquiries straight away, good person you can trust. We had such a wonderful stay, it was so sad to leave but we are hopping to come back again. We absolutely love sands lilies xxx

Really beautiful apartment, Great location just a few steps from the beach. Nice shared facilities - pool, beach umbrellas, very nice small restaurant. Generally responsive host. We had a very pleasant vacation in a luxury location with lovely views. The apartment is very nice and well furnished, we have everything we need. We felt at home. The view of the sea and the Hartmani beach is picturesque. The location is pretty close to the Old Town of Sozopol, a nice place to visit it. We have a great vacantion at the Artem location.
