Wonderful, peaceful stay as a base for my trek up Kalavantin Durg. Beautiful sunsets and wonderful hosts. Delicious food prepared by Ganpath and tasty fresh fruits from the farm. I had my best night of sleep in India so far. Great place to get off the beaten path.

The garden is lush and it's very refreshing and calming to sit there and sip chai and catch up with friends. Ganpath (housekeeper) is helpful and makes good food. It's ideal for a quick getaway - especially with friends. The inside has all the basics in place, is clean and well maintained.

A place nestled in mountains with beautiful little farm & lawn overlooking Prabalgad and Kalawantin fort. Ideal place for you to sulk in the nature and hospitality of the owner and care taker. Don’t forget to taste the awesome tea and food prepared by Ganpat. Spent 2 nights here. Easy way to locate this place is to mark Arpita farms in Google map. Just 90 min drive from Mumbai… a place close to the nature. You will hear peacocks in the morning and can find many birds, some rare species. Places to see around - Prabalgad, Kalawantin fort ( 1-1.5hrs walking / trek from the base ) - Waterfalls - Stroll in the jungle - Visit Salman Khan ( Bollywood super star’s farm house ) Highly recommended.
