Escape to our newly remodeled (2024) waterfront home in Weeki Wachee, FL, boasting professionally cleaned, comfortable accommodations. Enjoy a private Jacuzzi, expansive game room with large smart TV, 2 SUP'S, 5 KAYAKS, 4 awesome RiverTubes +, a giant float mat, & yoga mat on one of the best upriver canals just off the main river. It's the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation & adventure in nature's embrace. Secure your date with a deposit today before it's gone! Approx 3000 Sq ‘ of living/ entertaining space between up/down stairs. You may use the entire property including new JACUZZI with waterfall, corn hole, ping pong table downstairs with the EXCEPTION OF: The large owners closet space downstairs in the garage. It is locked. All bedrooms & a/c space are upstairs. The sunsets from the jacuzzi are gorgeous! We have an outdoor shower near the kayak launch for your convenience. The master bathroom has a relaxing soaking tub & new bidget. Bdrm 1 & Bdrm 2 have King beds. Bedrm 3 has a Bunkbed w/trundle (2 twins & 1 full). The BONUS RM has a futon with privacy curtains. 16+ Life vests & paddles are available located inside the shed out side. Hernando Co does require you to have 1 life vest attached to ea vessel pp. Age 6/yrs or younger must wear the life vest. No alcohol, plastic, aluminum or glass permitted on the Weeki Wachee Springs River. We recommend filling your tumbler for hydration & bringing small tupperwares, whole fresh fruit/veggies, chips as snacks. There is also a snack boat located up river with ice cream, etc. available for purchase. Hospital Hole is down river, the jump tree is up river from the home. No anchoring, mooring, beaching within the Weeki Wachee River Springs Protection Zone (F.S. 327.45). Violators are subject to a $140.- Fine. TUBES, RAFTS & SUP are not considered vessels.

Our stay here was fantastic! The host is very responsive with anything we needed and had a great list of recommendations! Right on the water and had many kayaks available for the whole family to enjoy. Amenities were great including hot tub which was perfect while overlooking the water, corn hole, tv and couch downstairs, ping pong, lots of tubes and masks ready to swim, giant connect 4 and sand shuffle board. Many activities for the whole family to enjoy. Good size kitchen with bbq utensils and reusable containers in case you go tubing down the river. Also provided mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap in case you forget yours! Bucket of sunglasses and lanyards with a map so you can see what’s around. Manatees came up to our dock multiple nights! There was a gas station and place to get ice 2 minutes away and a great restaurant nearby, Upper deck cafe, right on the water to people watch and have great food. Highly recommend going here for a fun family vacation!
Beautiful house, great location, lots to do at the house as well as on the water! All around a great stay! Hosts were very responsive and the house was exactly like the pictures!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The host was amazing and always reachable. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated! The space was big enough for our family of 5 (all adults)! The recreation room downstairs was perfect for us! We had teen and 20’s kids with us and we all had an amazing time hanging out down there in the evenings. The view was gorgeous! All neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kayaks and canoe were a family favorite! So nice to have whenever we wanted to use them! This location was perfect as it was secluded but a very close drive to nearby towns with shops and restaurants. Would 1000% stay here again and recommend to others!! Thanks for an unforgettable Florida vacation!

Weeki Wachee Springs State Park
The park is minutes away. Make your reservation to see the Mermaid Show in advance. Also, you can make a whole day of renting a kayak or paddle board from the head of the spring in advance. Then paddle back to the home with the help of the current.
Bucaneer Bay Water Park
This water park is approx 4miles away from this home. Start early as they fill up very quickly. You can rent tubes, kayaks, etc.
Weeki Wachee Outdoor Center (local rental company)
Delivers Rental Items of all the fun water toys your family will want to enjoy together with you from SUP, tubes, kayaks, boat rentals, snorkels & masks & more. They also sell souvenir beach towels so ask for them when you place your rental order.
The Upper Deck is the local waterfront restaurant down river across from Rogers Park.
Weeki Wachee Outdoor Center rents & sells: Tubes, SUP, kayaks, small 2/3 person rafts with paddles & no motor, & bikes. You can Text for a free delivery or schedule your appointment in advance with them. 1st come, 1st serve. Call or TEXT in advance to reserve your water toys &/or bikes
Pine Island is a pretty beach that’s less than 4miles away. They have spectacular sunset views! Its only $5.00 to Park a car load. Pack your lunch & stay til sunset. They have a few covered shelters with picnic tables, a concession selling ice cream & snacks too.

Launch your own boat from Rogers Park or You can kayak, rent a paddleboard or boat to Rogers Park
SunWest Park

We recommend tubing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming , walking, biking, golf cart to get around neighborhood daily. Did you forgot something? You can stop at the neighborhood corner store. Place your On Line Order (min $50.00 order for delivery (if available) walk over (it's less than 1 block away)...... Weeki Wachee OutDoor Center (7404 Shoal Line Dr. - No need to cross the street ) for things like Toilet paper, tubes, sunblock, snorkles, masks, noodles, squirt guns, bubbles, footballs, deodorant, toothbrushes, batteries, ice cream, bagged ice, frozen pizza, paddle board, kayak & tube rentals, souvenirs like bracelets, embroidered bath towels & more.
Need to go to the grocery store or another store make a left out of property onto Richard Dr. Turn Right onto Shoal Line Rd. The Gas station, Weeki Wachee ODC & Bella Napoli Italian Restaurant are all at that intersection. You can also drive 20 minutes to Winn Dixie or about 25 minutes then turn right onto Commercial Blvd & find an array of stores for grocery items ie: Publix, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, Rural King (you should go here! It’s a mixture of Walmart/Home Depot / Feed & Pet store. You will also find many restaurants down this street McDonald’s, Sonny’s , Roadhouse Grill, Carabbus, Greek City etc.
If you want Sam’s Club or the closest grocery store:
Make a left out of property onto Richard Dr. Turn Right onto Shoreline Rd, Make Right on Cortez (stop sign) Cross over Commercial Dr (traffic light) & there’s a Winn Dixie on your left.
If you continue going straight instead of turning left to Winn-Dixie there are a plethora of restaurants, smaller grocery stores & restaurants such as Carabbas, Chilis, ChickFilA, McDonalds, Culvers ice cream, Aldi grocery store
