Nestled in Rivers Edge 1, this 3 bedroom home has lots of space. This home was renovated to modernize the home, it has stylish upgrades and a comfortable setting inside to simply enjoy your stay. From the front bay windows you'll have an amazing view of the Sandia Mountains! Travel is easy as HWY 528 (one of the main roads in Rio Rancho) is just a minute away. A 25 minute drive to the Balloon Fiesta field, 1.5 hours away from Ski Santa Fe, 35 minutes away from Albuquerque Old Town. The house has vinyl planking with the exception of Bedroom 2 and 3. A TV in the main living area and in the Master bedroom are connected to the internet and are smart TV's, so you can sign into any app you like to use. The master bedroom has a bathroom connected to it, and there is a second bath in the hallway. The floor plan for the living spaces is fairly open.

Had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable with an open space. Had everything you needed and Sandra was a great host. Will definitely be staying again.

Clean! Comfortable beds and cozy. I would return. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.
We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The house was beautiful and was exactly what we needed.
Staying at Sandra's place was so much better than staying at a local hotel, we had a whole house, backyard and garage! It was like a home away from home. Will consider staying here again on our next visit. The house had everything we needed.

River's Edge 1, close to the Rio Grande, and right around the corner from a small town called Corrales which is a great place to go for dining, beer, or small town fun on the weekends. Walking paths and parks are near by.
There is enough room on the driveway for 3 vehicles to park, you can also park in the garage which has space for 2 vehicles. The neighborhood is quite and safe, and nice to walk thru, it also has bike lanes. I recommend having a rental car or using Uber/Lift to get you places as the closest public transportation is several miles away.
