Very comfortable, quiet accommodation. Near the park and restaurants, quickly reach the center. There were certain problems with the sewerage, but the owner quickly solved them. Overall, I highly recommend!

All and all, I am happy with the stay. Definitely livable and cozy. Although, I would not recommend immediately booking a long-term stay. Spend a couple of days and then make a decision on extending. While I understand that the building is not new, I still have certain expectations inside the unit when paying nearly a grand month. The condo may be overdue for a major refresh / remodel if the price continues to stay at the same level. The location is super. Lots of necessary shops, food, transport, etc. that will make the stay convenient. I highly recommend visiting a food gem Sendvič Pauza located one block down for a quick hot sandwich that will not disappoint. The tenants are great! Very friendly, responsive, and respectful.

We had wonderful stay at Lana's apartment. It is placed in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Belgrade, in very quite street, close to the city center. We were welcomed in very nice manner by Lana, got valuable information and instructions. Very nice suprise was different kind of fruit, as well refreshing drinks at the place. Place itself is equipped with all necessary amenities for short and long stay. Highly recommended. One big thank you goes to Lana.
