We had a fantastic second time stay at Wence's cottage! The space was charming, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. Wence was a gracious and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was private and perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wence Point and look forward to returning in future. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Well appointed; Wence thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the views on the point location, the lake, swimming from the new dock, water sports: kayaking, new paddle boat, and new stand-up paddle boards. Plenty of fun for our entire family. Wence was very responsive to our occasional questions. Thank you, Wence; you are indeed a super host.

We had a multi-generational vacation at Wence's cottage. The kitchen has a lot of storage space for guests to put food, and pretty much any cooking-ware you will need is available for you to use. There are so many games and activities for guests to use inside and out! Our family enjoyed playing the games such as basketball throw and ping pong downstairs, and cornhole and Spikeball outside to name a few. There were a lot of watercraft available to borrow including paddle boards, kayaks and a rowboat. We enjoyed all sitting in the front room all sitting together enjoying meals, games, and crafting. We were thrilled with the new dock to swim and fish in the clean lake (the kids had a lot of fun with the row boat)! The internet was spotty when we were there and lost connection frequently, but were connected back quickly. We did have some water-heater issues which were addressed quickly and repaired as well as compensated for. We had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Wence's cottage. The surround views of the water from 3 sides are spectacular to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. The cottage is comfortable and spacious for a large group and comes with a very well stocked kitchen and two fridges. Lots of games and enjoyable water spots with standup paddle boards and kayaks. The lake was also perfectly clean and warm for swimming with entry options from the dock or sandy beach. One thing to be aware of is that you are responsible for taking out all garbage/recycling to a dump ~10min drive away. The dump has very specific requirements for how the garbage needs to be sorted so it's important to familiarize yourself with this upon check-in. A few other things - the wifi is spotty if you're looking to work, but great LTE reception so was fine to tether. The A/C didn't really reach the 4 of the bedrooms upstairs and we were there during a heat wave so it was fairly hot to sleep although each room has a fan.
