Place was clean , but if you ordered some delivery foods or friends hard to find address, i don't know maybe people weren't so clever or smart 🤔 During my three week stay in this place, I had a small accessible balcony near my room that I always went to smoke, the suction system of the air condition motor was on the balcony and when you smoke it sucks the smoke into the ventilation. And because of this, the smell of cigarettes spreads in the house, because of this rude neighbor of Valery was next to my unit did not treat me right, while in all my trips the hosts were satisfied with me and because I am a quiet and calm person, but Valery complained to me about this neighbor unsatisfying, I found out later that I should turn off the air conditioner when i am smoking, I never smoked inside the house because I don't like it for myself, in any case, I am satisfied with Valery, but not with his neighbor.

Excellent value. Would stay again. The place isn't brand new but it's serviceable and large. AC & fan both work well. Lots of local dining options. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pattaya.
