The Pavillon was lovely to stay in with close proximity to the pub for dinner. Lovely walks along the river. Very close to Dedham and easy parking for walks to Flatford and beyond. The horses in the adjacent field were beautiful as were the bunnies at the beginning and end of the day. Beautiful sun sets over the fields. Right next to a fantastic farm shop. Some distant road noise can be heard from garden but not inside. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay, great communication from Liz and Tony prior to, and during our stay. Place was really clean and surrounded by nature which was great for a peaceful getaway. We were left some breakfast goodies which was a really nice gesture. Overall would definitely recommend, we were really well looked after throughout the whole experience :)

My partner and I stayed for two nights, the house was relatively easy to find as the host provided great instructions. We immediately felt at home and settled in straight away. The house is in a perfect location, right next to the dual carriageway however you cannot hear any cars. The fields opposite are full of sheep and we even saw a few alpacas which was lovely. We were greeted with a lovely breakfast basket, which we thoroughly enjoyed. And the outside seating area was very picturesque. 100% worth the money.
