The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and was spotless. There is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and enjoy just relaxing, watching TV or hanging out in the game room. There is the added convenience of a grocery store nearby as well as gas stations. Our family of 18 had a fabulous stay over the Thanksgiving weekend despite encountering some of the same issues prior guests warned about such as; not enough towels, not enough silverware, no coffee mugs or cups, minimal necessities for cooking a large meal. Like other guests, we had to hit the stores to pick up some of these things. The host was responsive about some other household issues and we thank them for allowing us to stay at their beautiful home!

Faye & Eric’s house was a perfect place for our large friends reunion this past weekend. The house is set back on a minor road and sits on lovely grounds. It had many great spaces for us to gather and ample bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was on the newer side and easy to navigate. Entry was via lockbox and both check-in and check-out times were, we felt, generous. Highly recommend for large family or friends gatherings in Sullivan County, NY or environs.
