The house was the perfect setting and layout for our multi-family gathering. Bedrooms were comfortable (soft sheets!), and the kitchen and living room were great spaces for everyone to gather and spend time together. the grounds are beautiful, and we would love to return in warmer weather! The location was convenient to groceries, restaurants, and our family reunion.

House fantastic, even better than the photos! Had a great weekend and would recommend to anyone. Kitchen great, billiards and ping pong so much fun, fireplace amazing. Ann is also lovely to deal with!

Awesome getaway in the Catskills. Spacious home with a lot to offer outdoors right on the property: pond, mountain hiking, porches, and fire pit. Who could ask for more!

This stay was absolutely amazing for me and all my friends! The house is larger than the pictures show, and the game room was a great place to relax and hang out! It is located in a beautiful area, only a short drive to nearby Delhi, NY. There was also plenty of outside space with a porch/deck. Everything was very clean and well-kept! Most of all, it is a great value for what you get! We all had a good time and were very comfortable this Labor Day Weekend!
