Accurate description and beautiful location! Did not have great cell service at actual campsite, but could easily make a call at the entrance. Would recommend!

It was really super beautiful. Could hear the creek the whole night which was awesome. I like the campground itself for the views of the trees. Felt safe and loved the hot water. However, there were so many mosquitos that we couldn’t even eat outside the tent. This should be mentioned so people are prepared with major, MAJOR bug deterrents and sprays. This was my fourth camping trip in five weeks and by far the biggest issue with bugs.

We arrived at the campsite to find the picnic table was missing, and were not able to get any help from the host with finding a usable replacement. For the first night, we ended up having to cook our dinner on a table made out of cardboard boxes that we had to beg the grocery store to give us, while praying our things didn’t roll off the edge of the campsite since it’s at quite an incline. The area is beautiful, but this campground isn’t nicely maintained enough to be worth the money. The bathrooms were constantly running out of toilet paper and covered in trash and it’s ridiculous that they don’t have anywhere for people to leave their trash—this is a for-profit business and they should pay for trash services. You get far better services at the state park campgrounds for $30/night.

Great place to stay to just get out of the city. Clean bathrooms with hot shower.
