Very nice home! Accurately represented in pictures. Just a few steps from the beach, although be mindful that it is a surf beach, you cannot swim safely at that beach. Home was well stocked with essentials. Many instructions to clarify any questions you may have about anything. Would rent again.

When we arrived the place smelled like garbage that sat in the heat. After day 2 feces started to come out of the shower in master bedroom. Allison called a plumber, but did not send anyone to clean as requested. The pool was full of bugs and I advised Allison no one came to clean on the day she said they normally clean. Ants were coming out of the sink in the upstairs bedroom. Overall Allison was poor host due to lack of empathy and not creating an environment that was clean and comfortable.

Came here to celebrate with 6 total people. With the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms/showers we had plenty of space and never felt cramped. We spend one day at the pool grilling out & the house had all the necessary supplies. Spent another day at the beach & again the house had all the supplies (umbrellas/chairs/towels) to make the perfect beach day! Less then 3 min walk to beach to watch sunset & within 5 minutes of restaurants/bars. 15 min drive to Rincón. Overall lovely & if ever on the west side of Puerto Rico again, would definitely stay again!

Great place for the family. We were 8 and a 9 months old baby. Place was just as described. Everything was properly labeled so it was really easy to get around the house. The pool was great. My daughters had a blast in there.
