the accommodation was amazing, great location and facillities. clean and comfortable, parking right next door, private. pool great. wifi was broken, but we had our own data. hair dryer and grill were missing, but we individually agreed upon arrival and departure. very friendly, recommend 10/10. thank you

Our stay at Joan's place was perfect! Being two couples with one 2-year-old kid each, having a big terrace and the swimming pool just in front of the house was just priceless, and the location 5 minutes away from a sand beach is extremely convenient! It is also possible to walk to the yacht club restaurant to dine out. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, and both Joan and dana were very helpful and available. the car can be parked just outside the building. Sa Ràpita is not an extremely lively village (it just offers few restaurants), so it is more suitable for families looking for quiet stays rather than younger people looking for bars and places to party. Still, it is very well placed in the island, short drives connect you to the Ses Covetes and Es Trenc beaches, and Palma is just 35 minutes away. We recommend this place warmly!!!!

Es war alles super. Lage, Wohnung und auch der Gastgeber. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ein sehr netter und vor allem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Casa espaciosa, tranquila, con piscina y a 3min de un arenal. Joan fue muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable!
