This home is amazing as is Brasada Ranch where it is located. We had to leave unexpectedly from another Airbnb home due to issues with the home and COVH was amazing in helping us get into the home the same day. It absolutely saved our trip. It was just a bonus that the home was amazing with everything you could ever need. Brasada Ranch is amazing and well worth visiting. We look forward to coming back soon. We will definetly use COVH in the future.

Just as expected! House was clean and well stocked. They have a stroller and pack n play for those traveling with children.

This was a nice place, but came with outrageous resort fees ($966 for a 3 night stay for 7 people during a cold, rainy weekend in March), that were poorly communicated, and were charged to us a day before the rental started, when it was too late to cancel. Fortunately, the listing has since been updated to clarify the fees. After much back and forth, the management company finally agreed to partially refund our fees for 2 nights for which we were incorrectly charged at a holiday rate, but it took a lot of attention to detail and diligence to get that. The house and the ranch were quite nice - beautiful landscape and views. There was a Keurig, but not an actual coffee maker. The house was quite spacious and new and clean. However, it only had 3 beds in it, so a few in our group slept on sleeping pads on the floor. The room with the pull out sofa did not have curtains, and it could be quite bright in there for sleeping.

This property was well equipped with everything you would need! The location is amazing. The home is perfect for a family vacation. The property management company was great to work with! Five stars across the board.
