The apartment is well-designed (particularly great lighting!) and has a pretty great view of some mountains. It is centrally located to to the beaches and some really good restaurants. Leblon is a very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. Having been in Rio for two months and staying at this location at the end of our time, we’d recommend it if accessing the beach is your main goal. If you want to spend more time in neighborhoods like Santa Theresa or Botafogo (where we spent most of our time bc of friends, live music, and going out), this may not be ideal bc of car traffic. However, if you’re going places that are accessible by public transit, then it’s great bc it’s near a metro station. Be sure to ask about construction in the building, we were not informed. The walls are generally thin (we could hear people in other apartments at night), and two out of three of the days we stayed there were filled with really loud construction noise. The second day was quiet bc it was Labor Day.

O apartamento é confortável e muito bem mantido, tinha tudo que precisávamos e mais. Além disso, a localização é excelente com diversos serviços há menos de 5 minutos a pé. Os anfitriões são solícitos e atenciosos, estadia foi excelente.

Lindo apartamento reformado com bom gosto, localização perfeita no coração do Leblon, próximo ao metrô e praia. Mais esforço na limpeza entre 2 hóspedes é necessária... o banheiro tinha pelos e cabelos….…
