Very great location. My only problem was that the pool/sauna/hot tub was closed for maintenance the whole time I was staying there during the week. If I would’ve known that I would have rebooked for another time since that was a big attraction to me

This place is in a great city location - but is also near to many homeless waifs and strays in Chinatown which can be scary when walking back to the unit day or night. The unit had all facilities, appliances, and basic kitchen tools and provisions expected (except pool was not working, and the overall quality not great.) Good to have carpark. Would suit non-discerning occupants who are ok with just the basics. The property is worn, nothing flash. Couch very uncomfortable. Minimal room to stand by, and walk around bed, and access wardrobe. Insufficient lighting in bedroom. Some light fittings without bulbs. Not recommended for any more than a couple - the bedding arrangement for a potential third and fourth person looked to be pretty grim ( might be ok for a child). Access, via first a code, then use of two separate key fobs (one for access to lift floor, and another one for garage doors) and then also an actual unit key, was ok but not as straightforward as other air bnbs.

Great place to stay in a great location. I booked to stay here for a concert and it was a 10 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants around. Fig’s place was clean and the bed was comfy. Didn’t have time to check out the pool but a great perk. Would recommend and stay here again.

Fig was an awesome host. The place was exactly as described. I knew going in that it was right beside the train track and for the first couple hours it was loud but then I never really noticed it. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be close to Roger's arena or BC place stadium.
