Dale’s place was great. It was spotless and very clean. Great air conditioning, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We had our own parking spot right under a carport and access to the suite was very easy. The rooms looked just like the pictures and everything was as advertised. Great place to stay for the price. The whole experience was very relaxing. I added it to my favorites list and will definitely return whenever I go to Orlando.

Thanks for another great stay! Such a comforting place! I really enjoy the peaceful, outdoor space - lovely to sit outside for morning coffee and an evening sip of wine. Hope to be back soon!

Dale’s place is the perfect fit for a solo work traveler. Conveniently located near my job site and close to restaurants in Altamonte. Easy checkin. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The space is well cared for, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking/baking needs, and the furniture is well arranged, which is hard to do in smaller spaces. There was plenty of room for us to relax and work without having to move our items around. We especially appreciated the bedroom storage and how comfy the bed was. It was spotless and there were simple cleaning supplies and a broom for our use. Items so often overlooked by hosts for their guests. Dale was responsive when we needed and respected our privacy during our stay. Despite being on the corner of a busier street, it was very quiet during the night, a plus for early risers like us. An added bonus was having the ability to walk throughout the neighborhood(s) in the evenings without having to be on the main thoroughfare. There's a small park near a lake close by, too. We'd definitely stay again!
