Great house for big groups - ran into a couple issues throughout the stay but overall had a great time.

Overall the house was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 6 couples, nice yard and convenient location in Hampton Bays. Host was very responsive throughout the stay, we had a few minor issues with all the propane tanks being empty and the hot tub broken. Propane issue was quickly remedied but unfortunately hot tub was unusable for the weekend. Nonetheless, would recommend this house!

Awais’ place was in an amazing location! The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed our time in the yard, pool and hot tub! The deck could use a little TLC and there some small bug issues within the home. A little more instruction for home, hot tub, etc would have been helpful. We had a great overall week!

Not worth the price he is charging!!! Inaccurate web description and would NOT have rented for this price!! 2 bedrooms do not even have doors off the main common space. on zillow this house is considered a 3 bedroom. No welcome instructions were left, not even wifi Not kid friendly. Giant hazardous hole in back deck!! Hot tub was broken and the pool had trash bags and used cups floating everywhere when we arrived. The outdoor awning is gone and no shade outback. ANTS and BUGS everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. the dishwasher was broken and you could barely open the microwave due to it being out of the bracket. Every lounge chair was so broken and gross we did not use them by the pool. The owner dismissed when I mentioned to him our disappointments

We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend, it was absolutely perfect and a great location. It fit us all very comfortably and truly felt like home. Awais was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond for us throughout the weekend. Cannot recommend this home enough!!
