Place was just as described, and comfortably fit our group! This is also kid friendly- had a gate and the stairs and on the porch, which was extremely helpful! Tons of kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knives/etc.) which made cooking very easy! So close to the beach, very easy walk, perfect with kids

Easy breezy beautiful stay! Just steps from the beach; ocean views from the porch! The home has an old cottage feel, which we loved. You want to feel like you’re somewhere cozy and peaceful, and this is it! Two families stayed here comfortably. We all had enough space and really enjoyed our time together on the porch especially. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach and proximity to the boardwalk attractions. We also enjoyed a couple walks to Aunt Betty’s ice cream shack. Also don’t pass up on Nauti doughnuts in the AM! Outdoor shower was a plus. Kitchen was a little tight, but we made it work. Plenty of appliances and cooking utensils available. Sam was an attentive and responsive host. Would happily stay here again.

Great value, great location! If you are looking for a place for a family beach trip this place is perfect. Most amenities included such as a washer/dryer, lots of bedding, games and puzzles for the family, a beautiful porch with an ocean view, and lots of kitchen supplies to make big family meals. This place also has some really nice features of an older house including a deep clawfoot tub which my family really enjoyed. Sam was very responsive with any questions we had.

Amazing location, right next to the beach and about a half mile walk to the boardwalk. Sam was easy to reach out to and provided help whenever necessary. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could’ve needed
