Great stay and everything was very smooth

We had a nice stay, house was plenty big enough for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 grown teenage boys and there was plenty of beds. The only downside was when we arrived there were only 7 towels left out, we contacted the host and they got us another one but with no wash and dryer having only 1 towel per person could be rough for a long stay. The house was fine for us, but it’s very minimal, they offer the basics which was perfect for us but for anyone wanting to spend more time in the house you might not have all you want/need. We used the house to sleep and get ready to explore all of SF. If we went back we would stay again (maybe just pack extra towels) ;)

This was a great jumping off spot to visit the city or find an adventure down the coast!

place is good but some bathroom drain not working, toilet seats not comfortable always loosens and gas stove some burners not working and smelled some gas when using . better take photos if something is broken when you went inside or else will send a bill for you and might shock you. Good for 3 families and if you were just thinking to take rest at n8 with all daybroaming.for the price and location it is good

We were traveling with a large group of our family and we were so happy to find this place last minute. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything felt clean. Comfortable beds. Clean linens. Beautiful neighborhood. The location was great for us. We just wanted to spend time in Pacifica since it was my dad’s favorite place to visit before he died. We were all together to remember him on the one year anniversary of his death and our stay at Ramon’s place made our trip comfortable and relaxing. It was just what we needed! We hope we can come again next year. One suggestion would be to use cleaning products that don’t leave such a strong smell for folks like us who are sensitive to synthetic fragrance. I think I would just ask next time that the cleaners use cleaning products that don’t have as strong of synthetic fragrance or air out the house a bit but we did appreciate the cleanliness very much and we opened the windows and the nice breeze cleared the air nicely.
