This place was better than we expected. We had everything needed to have a great trip in Busan. Moreover our host is very kind and helpful.

It is clean and neat. While being a good place, it is a residential multi 22 story apartment complex with many residents living so expect some noise from upstairs. At every 5 AM, you can hear people upstairs stomping and flushing toilet. It is a bit of complex food waste disposal instructions for foreighners. You need a card to scan to dispose any food waste outside of a buliding then an apartment security guard rang doorbell manytimes on one day to ask for some type of bills to us which was intersting. But host responded quickly for any questions and left us alone most of time and even picked up our recycling and garbage for us. If you plan to stay very quiet and not be around much at home, this is a good place. We were travelling most of day time and was not home so it was good.

Wow waren wir begeistert! Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber und man hat sogar einen tollen Blick auf das Meer :) es war genügend Platz, vor allem das Bad war schön groß. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Nice apparent that looks exactly like the pictures ☺️ the host is friendly and gives you some recommendations. I would come here again. A bus stop is nearby.

This was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay in Busan! It's close to bus stops and about a 15 minute walk to the train. We appreciated all of the amenities that were provided. It was mostly very clean. The view was really lovely and the big windows helped create an airy space that let in lots of light. The balcony was spacious and clothes were quick to dry. Would definitely stay here again.
