非常适合两人入住，房东提供的入住指南很详细且准确，入住很容易。赠送的点心🥞很好吃，交通便利，距离公交车站🚌和地铁站🚇都很近，房间干净整洁，所有旅途中可能会需要的设施都有提供。我们入住时的邻居是一只可爱的小猫😽，在旅途中一天的早晨短暂的拜访了我们之后自己离开了，但也带来了惊喜。房东回复及时，热情友好，提供的就餐建议很有帮助，如果有下次旅行我们还想要选择这里入住😊

We had a lovely stay at Martin and Eva’s apartment. It felt like home instantly and many small extra’s like some shampoo in the bathroom, some snacks and breakfast and tea and coffee were very nice. Martin was always present online for questions and suggestions, which made it easy to find some places my teenager would enjoy. Thank you! I also liked the clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. It is close to the subway and takes around 20/30 mins to Paris centre. You can walk to Sacre Coeur area and along the way nice places to eat. The area is filled with real life during the day and evening. I did take a taxi from the eiffeltower back home at midnight. But that is a personal preference, as i do not like to travel by subway at night and our cosy bed at Martins place was waiting for us

Only stayed one night but had a great time at Martins apartment. He was very proactive and thorough in his communication with great instructions and recommendations. The apartment was very nice and had everything needed for two people. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
