Très chouette appartement, dont j’ai envié le propriétaire, parce que j’y passerais volontiers qq semaines chaque année ! La terrasse est superbe, la vue magnifique, il suffit de qq marches pour être dans l’eau (se munir de chaussures en plastique !). Le centre de Giens est tout proche, le sentier du littoral aussi. Bref, un petit coin de paradis !

Très agréable séjour dans un cadre magnifique, belle terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle. Accès à la baignade immédiat ,sans personne mi septembre. Le logement est très agréable, mais mériterait quelques aménagements : éclairage du séjour vraiment à revoir, canapés , absence de tv. Le petit point faible peut être le voisinage avec l'appartement (et sa terrasse) juste au-dessus s'il est occupé; dans ce cas , peu d'intimité possible , ni de calme. Vincent est très sympathique et à l'écoute, et Perrine qui assure la conciergerie est très disponible, efficace et aimable.

This place is incredible - the wide spacious terrace and the view of the bay are simply spectacular. From first thing in the morning, to the twinkling lights at night, you could watch that view all day. We loved having direct access to the sea via steps and a private gate. We went for a swim in the sea every morning before breakfast, which was wonderful. The apartment itself is very cool & has interesting, stylish objects. Great books etc. The photos don’t quite do it justice - it’s better in real life. Only small thing is that 2 of the 3 bedrooms don’t have blackout so you wake to the bright sun each morning. This was nice way to wake up, but something to be aware of! We’d really like to come back here and stay again. That view will stay with us. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

We loved our stay. The house is in a wonderful position overlooking the sheltered bay. The little Port du Niel is nicely busy with fishing boats and pleasure boats. The views in the morning from every room in the house and the terrace are especially good with the sun glinting on the sea. Swimming from the rocks at the bottom of the stairs from the house is great. There is a fantastic array of fish to see with a mask and snorkel. Someone suggested bring water shoes for walking across the rocks, which was great advice. We ate really well at Merou du Niel behind the museum art gallery which is five mins from the house. Communication with the host Perrine was excellent. Arrival and departure was very straightforward. We didn’t have a car and the walk into Giens village is lovely. There are cafes, restaurants, a little supermarket and a big market in Tuesdays. There is also a lovely coast walk to do along the south of the peninsula, turning left out of the house. We would love to come back

Wir waren als Paar 2 Wochen dort. Die Wohnung stammt schätzungsweise aus den 60er oder 70er Jahren und ist dementsprechend etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sie ist jedoch sehr liebevoll in einem maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Das Bad und die Küche sind etwas alt, jedoch war alles in sehr gutem Zustand und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist die Terrasse, die einen 180-Grad Blick auf den kleinen Jacht-/und Fischerhafen und auf das offene Meer ermöglicht. Es ist extrem ruhig, man hört tagsüber praktisch nur die Grillen zirpen und Abends das Meer rauschen. Uns hat es auf dieser Terrasse so gut gefallen, dass wir öfters "zu Hause" gekocht haben. Vom Garten führt ein kleiner Steinweg mit Treppe zum Meer hinunter (1 Minute bis zum Meer). Gleich beim kleinen Fischerhafen hat es ein nettes Restaurant, dass immer sehr gut gebucht ist. Bis zum Dorf Gien sind es zu Fuss ca. 10-15 Minuten. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist es perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen.
