When we finally saw The Last Rodeo open up for booking… we jumped on it. We didn’t make a mistake. Great location & great hosts. Our only issue at the house was the WiFi going down… but the responsiveness of Garrett & Matthew was really appreciated. In hindsight it was good to decompress and not be able to login and check on work. Disconnect and be with the family. You can tell they care about their property and our time at their home. Side note… be ready for some large stairs to get up to the door. Kind of expected at a ski location. Not certain on ADA accessibility. If it’s snowing 4x4 is needed. We really enjoyed our time at the Last Rodeo. Great memories made skiing and being able to come back in for lunch, hot chocolate, etc. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are squared away. The showers were great. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. We will be fighting to stay there every time we go… so book quick!

House was perfect for our group of 10! 4 adults and 6 kids! The bunkbed room was exactly what was needed for 4 boys and the extra bedroom for the girls! Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was a major plus too! Pool table was a super addition for the entertainment. Well stocked kitchen was a huge plus! Ski-in-Ski out was very convenient and the easiest place we have stayed yet! Our only disappointment was that there isn't a view (we love to sit and see out) to see the ski run that is literally out our door! It's on the 2nd floor, so there are no windows except to the opposite side of the house. You can see the ski run out the entry door and sitting in the spa. Overall, it is a really great place to stay and hope to return.

Liz's house was a great place to stay for our group of ten. The location of the house on the mountain could not have been better for a ski in/ski out. The house itself had everything we needed for our three night stay and more. This rental is only for the second floor of a three story home (bottom floor is the garage and the top floor is private for the owners). Our biggest concern was the owners staying on the third floor the same weekend we were there, but rest assured it is no issue at all. Liz and her husband were extremely respectful of our group as the only time we even knew they were there was when her husband brought us refreshments in the hot tub. Highly recommend renting this awesome house.
